School Clubs

 

 
New Clubs Starting Week beginning Monday 19th Sept.  to  Friday 2nd Dec. 2011 inclusive.
 
 start at 3.10pm and finish at 4.00pm unless otherwise stated
 
We are able to offer pupils the opportunity to take part in a range of after school activities and coaching sessions here at school. After school clubs are led by members of Bishop Henderson School teaching and support staff, and other specialists, in conjunction with Writhlington Sports Development Centre.   
 
Please indicate the clubs you would like your child to attend by ticking the box against the relevant club and return to school at your earliest convenience. It is important to note that it is only possible to run a club if there is sufficient interest/uptake. 
 
We are asking you to sign up to the total number of sessions being offered for the term. This is to assist with the reduction of administration costs, and payments should be made in advance for the term. Places will be allocated upon receipt of payment and parents will be advised in writing whether their child has been allocated a place. Alternative payment arrangements can be made by seeing Mrs Eyles or Mrs Scott.
 
Please note that there will be NO clubs on Tuesday 1st & Wednesday 2nd November (Parents Evenings). Please note, from time to time, it may be necessary to cancel clubs at short notice. However, every endeavour will be made to cover staff absences due to circumstances such as trips, meetings or training requirements.
